A market leading telecommunications company is looking for a Rewards Consultant to join their team in Berkshire.
The Rewards Consultant will be responsible for;
*Obtaining, reviewing and analysing market remuneration and benefits data and trends to support annual pay review processes and ad hoc benchmarking
*Ensure incentive plans and salary progression arrangements for the business are supported, fit for purpose, and compliant with the company's pay philosophy
*Developing company Reward & Benefit frameworks as required
*Providing analytical support to Reward Manager in the review, design and development of competitive, cost effective and innovative reward solutions in order to attract, motivate and retain employees
*Ensuring the smooth running of company benefit schemes
*Responsible for the administration, coordination and analysis of monthly and quarterly incentive schemes
*Supporting employees understanding and awareness of their package including flexible benefits
*Supporting the Reward Manager in improving communication initiatives
The successful candidate will have;
*Strong Remuneration survey background including role matching and analysis of data
*Working knowledge of the formal job sizing process
*Proven advanced Excel skills
*Ability to manage flexible benefit schemes and bonus & salary reviews
*Background in incentive design and analysis
*Understanding of how incentives drive business
*Excellent communication skills
