Dear Candidate,

We are urgently looking for a Reward Contractor to start a mid-term contract in a very a large credit company.
Start:          Immediate
Duration:     3 months contract + extension.
Location:     Brussels

Position objective:

Managing the company's benefits programs for Europe, including project planning and program administration in support to the Business Leader (BL) Benefits Europe.

To ensure consistency of approach in supporting initiatives, this role will also be insured in partnership with Global Benefits team in Purchase.

Role:

The main task of the selected applicant will be to report to the BL Benefits Europe and to be responsible for mainly supporting the development and implementation of new benefit plans as well as to review and to administer existing plans to ensure the Company is/remains market competitive in Europe.

Tasks and Responsabilities:

The successful applicant will have to carry out the following main duties:

Understand the existing Benefit Plans, programs, policies and procedures and partner with the HR Benefits & Compensation team members to streamline and standardize the administration of these through effective processes and tools;
Assist the BL Benefits Europe to develop Benefits strategies and business plans and ensuring their implementation;
Assist the BL Benefits Europe to identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities related to Benefits Plans across Europe;
Participate in ad hoc C&B projects and liaising with stakeholders on technical aspects of project delivery;
Liaise with Corporate Benefits Team to ensure consistency with global Benefits policies and procedures;
Manage the full administration of Belgium specific perquisites and act as sole Point of Contact for the different stakeholders;
Create and manage processes required to ensure flawless execution of the Perquisites administration;
Assist identifying, developing and implementing  processes  required to implement a regional reporting/metrics tool  (Benefits management tool);
Manage and enhance processes that ensures Data Integrity within the Benefits &Perquisites Portfolio;
Manage and oversee issue resolution or escalate issues as required;
Oversee the resolution of all data accuracy issues/errors as related to benefits and perquisites plans in Europe;
Identify improvement opportunities in tools or processes to further enhance data accuracy and  streamline Benefits & Perquisites Management processes;
Keep abreast of best practices, vendor offerings, market trends and available technologies. Translate this information into improved strategy and processes for the Company in Europe;
Ensure the development of country HRBPs and HR operation specialists on European Benefit Plans and Perquisites.
 
Qualifications and Competencies

The skills and knowledge necessary to succeed the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Minimum Requirements

From 5 to 7 years experience as HR;
Bachelor degree or degree in HR;
Good understanding of HR operations, specifically benefits & compensation,
Perfect knowledge of English

Working knowledge and expertise across all HR disciplines, with particular emphasis on Payroll, C&B administration;
