My Client a leading Bank based in the City of London is looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join an exciting new projectThe banking industry is going through extensive change, with regulatory oversight increasing and the environment in which Performance & Reward policy is implemented dynamic and complex.
We are seeking talented, capable individual with an eye for detail and the drive to support delivery of a range of activity within Performance & Reward during a critical time of change. They will be experienced in delivery of Reward processes (including pay and bonus allocation) in a large, complex organisation, preferably Financial Services. In addition, the ideal candidates will be passionate about continuous improvement, and will be well versed on recent changes in the wider regulatory environment.
