Connect44 are looking for several RF engineers in the Brussels area on a Contract basis
Responsibilities:
- RF engineer 2G/3G/LTE
- 2G/3G/LTE Cluster local optimization, Frequency Planning, ...
- 2G/3G/LTE KPIs monitoring, performance analysis and optimization on BSC/RNC and cell level
- Ability to manage and resolve interference, coverage issue, work cells list,..
- Good planning capabilities (antenna azimuth, tilt, LAC/PSC/2G FREQ/neighbor/capacity/new site planning)
- Ability to analyze Drive test traces (swissqual/Genex probe, ) with Actix, Genex,
- LTE Huawei parameters knowledge, KPIs monitoring mandatory, new feature, improve Dl and UP throughout, mobility L8/L1800, ).
Key Skills:
- Huawei high expertise, knowledge (+ 4 years), in particular 2G and LTE
- Huawei tool knowledge (M2000/PRS/UNET/Nastar,..)
-English/French (is an advantage)
