Our client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Risk Assurance/Conduct Assurance Manager to join their team in Birmingham.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establish an assurance framework
- Review customer conduct risk model
- Review and support the development and maintenance of project plans in conjunction with senior stakeholders.
Essential criteria:
- Mortgage risk/compliance background
- Experience of implementing assurance frameworks
- Gap analysis experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
