For one of our client based in France, we are Seeking for Riverbed Expert.

Experience

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in Networking + Unified communication projects
  • Minimum 5+ years of Riverbed hands on experience

    • Job description

  • Understanding of the networks from LAN/WAN, Voice prospective and make sure the delivery of the projects is running smooth.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
    • Responsible for getting the vendor execute the project smoothly
    • Review the Release Management/Capacity Management Plan with the vendor
    • Review periodic vendor performance reports and system performance metrics. Make appropriate recommendations to the vendor.
    • Define Service Assurance process improvements
    • Drive any Priority incidents, Change Management Requests to closures
