About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Implementation Specialist to evaluate and assess the implementation of requirements related to RWA from a detailed content perspective for CRR3. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting RWA requirements, participating in discussions about implementation, and collaborating with regulatory experts and various stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in impact assessments and drive the implementation process, focusing on Basel IV/CRR III implementation.
- Document implementation decisions and business acceptance outcomes, ensuring strong communication and data analysis skills are utilized.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the Basel delivery teams and stakeholders like credit risk, solvency reporting, and regulatory experts.
- Contribute to the preparation of communication memos for external regulatory bodies.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the CRD/CRR framework and experience in implementing it in applied systems.
- Experience in evaluating the quality of implementation and conducting impact assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce documentation for regulators.
