Sales Account Manager

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with new customers
- Build and maintain C-level executive relationships across all customers
- Create detailed sector business plan & strategy and execute against implementation plan consistent with business goals
- Sales management of pipeline opportunities, account planning and CRM for client Key customers
- Develop, mentor and coach sales individuals including performance management within team
- Work with and influence all other clients cross matrix functional teams to ensure successful delivery/deployment of projects
- Active contribution and participation within the UK Senior Management Team forums
- Manage and coordinate key activities between client and the customer, promote the full range of Technologies solutions to defined customers
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations into targeted customer base
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable
- Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growth
- Lead, monitor and manage all the new customers related business delivered successfully

Qualifications:
- Preferred work experience in UK Telecommunication Sales, Wireless Network Solution Sales and or IT industry
- Proven experience in Selling Wireless Network Infrastructure solutions to Telco customers (in areas such as Wireless Core Network, Wireless Marco, Small Cell or Pico infrastructure or similar technology areas
- Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with 4G, Broadband, IT and telecommunication new technology
- Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless Network Solution Sales 3G/4G, Cloud (Data centre, storage and so on), IT (BSS/OSS) and CT (Wireless, IP network, Transmission and so on)
- Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies
- “High & Wide” C-level executive contact base within the IT/Broadband/Telecoms and wider business market, that is demonstrable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach at all levels within a business and social environment
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
