We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our Amsterdam Family!

As a Sales Account Manager at Darwin, you won't just manage partnerships; you'll craft relationships with industry giants like Heineken, Adidas, Nike, ING, and many more. Your role is to provide premium service, ensuring our partners achieve their goals. Remember, people won't buy from Darwin; they'll buy from you.   • Build and Maintain Relationships: Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and cultivate strong partnerships.


  • Negotiate and Strategize: Negotiate contracts, develop sales strategies, and maximize revenue.


  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs promptly.


  • Networking: Attend trade shows and conferences to network and identify potential customers.


  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers.
What We're Looking For…



  • Experience: Previous B2B Sales experience within a corporate environment.


  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, spoken and written.


  • Traits:
    • Competitive: Work with urgency.
    • Persistent: Embrace the journey of multiple "No's" to get to that one "Yes"!
    • EXTREMELY Ambitious: The sky's the limit - there's no cap on your commission!
What You'll Get…

  • Starting Base Salary: Up to €36,000 (excluding commissions and benefits).
  • Commissions: Up to €2,000 gross per closed deal on top of your monthly salary.
