We are looking for a talented Real Estate Sales Coach in the Danville, CA, area to set standards, drive growth, and train, coach, and mentor a small team of agents for a top-producing team. We are looking for an inspiring leader to build on the team's success while freeing the Team Leader to focus on her sales business.

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who loves helping others to succeed. You are a skilled real estate trainer and coach who is warm, kind, friendly, and firm. You are an attractor with a proven track record of recruiting producing agents and meeting sales targets.

You've been in the real estate trenches long enough to know how to anticipate issues before they arise. As a contracts expert, you are a trusted "deal doctor," you've navigated your fair share of tricky deals that required a steady hand.

As a sales manager, you build a culture of trust, teamwork, and high integrity. Your agents can count on you to lend an ear or a helping hand; through relationships, you get people to perform at their best.

Areas of Focus:

Drive Strategic Plan: You will work hand in hand with Khrista and her DOO, Caroline, to ensure the sales agents meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service for clients.

  • Track sales targets and conversion rates
  • Weekly operational meetings
  • Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Planning Meetings
  • Help strategize and implement growth strategies for the company

Drive Lead Capture and Conversion: You will manage leads and accountability systems, looking for new opportunities to generate leads for the team. This includes coordinating with the marketing director, tracking results, and reporting back on key metrics. You will analyze metrics to increase efficiency and improve lead generation (marketing) and lead conversion (sales). Areas of attention include:

  • Agent pipeline management
  • Lead conversion tracking
  • Forecasting sales revenues
  • Tracking / Reporting on sales effectiveness

Train & Mentor: You will be the go-to person for all agent questions and the first point of contact when issues arise during a transaction. You will conduct weekly training sessions on relevant topics and, using your warm and inspiring personality, encourage agents to keep striving toward their goals. And, you will meet 1-1 with agents each week to support their personal and professional development as an agent.

Attract New Agents: You will actively recruit 3 to 4 producing agents. Desired Qualifications:

? Active CA real estate license ? 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Key Software Proficiency ? CRM programs ? MS Office Suite ? MLS ? Google Suite ? Slack

The Details:

Salary: $120,000 base salary plus bonus. A successful candidate can earn $200K+ in their first year. Benefits: Paid Time Off Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F, flexibility on weekends required Location: Danville, CA. You live within a 45-minute commute of Danville, CA.
