Description

42Floors is looking for a highly motivated remote Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. We need someone who is ready to jump on the phone and talk to real estate brokers about 42Floors. You will explain how 42Floors works and pitch them on our Elite program.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Communicate constantly with prospects via phone & email
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Develop relationships with brokers to make sure they are happy with our service
  • Listen to the needs of the brokers and share them back with the Product team

Qualifications:

  • Consistent over-achievement of quota
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • An assertive and persuasive personality
  • Hustle and determination
