Description
As a Sales Support Analyst working for a global information technology company, you will be accountable for managing client relationships to ensure all customer requirements are met. The role is a combination of account management and sales support within a number of areas across the business. You will be required to meet sales objectives, which will include both increasing selling time and reducing costs.
Skill requirements:
* Strong communication skills (oral & written)
* Dutch or German language skills
* Strong knowledge of order and revenue policies and practices
* Microsoft skills
* Ability to work independently
Key areas of responsibility:
* Account maintenance/management
* Communication with stakeholders
* Relationship management
