Client is currently seeking for a Sales and Operations Manager who will lead the US sales activities throughout the nation in Duluth, GA. The manager will have the administrative assistance of an Inside Sales Support and Office Coordinator. A US warehousing, operations and accounting services are supplied by an outsourced management company on-site.
Summary:
Client is looking for a manager, capable of managing a wide range of sales, marketing and operation support services.
This position reports to the company headquarters managers in Israel.
As Client USA is a small (but growing) company, the person in this position must be a true self driven, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior big companies executive as well as small customers.
Reliable, and emphatic communicator. Well-presented and businesslike. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Can work alone yet, able to be a team-player.
The responsibilities of this position will expand in conjunction with the growth in sales and therefore represents a true growth opportunity.
Responsibilities for Sales and Operations Manager:
Plan and carry sales activities to target markets (mainly to the Industrial Distributor market)
Develop ideas and create offers to major accounts
Communicate with customers
Attend and manage exhibitions
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information
Learn and provide information on potential customers
Manage Customer Retention
Manage all the company activities including sales, orders, logistic etc.
Skills for Sales and Operations Manager:
Client seeks a service oriented individual for this ground floor opportunity who is interested in career growth with a small but growing company.

Specific requirements include:
3 years successful experience in sales and presentations to executives in a B2B (Business to Business) organization or 3 years' experience running a small independent business. Ideal background would be in sales in the industrial distribution market.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to quickly establish rapport and relationships with senior big companies executive as well as small customers, reps, other Client employees and collaborators.
Team Player - ability to interface with all levels of customer and supplier management.
Must be very competent writer with high communication skills. Able to understand profit and loss calculations.
Understand the principles of marketing, product offer, and features-benefit solutions selling.
Good computer proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with CRM software.
Background participating in trade show planning and managing.
Interest in working on variety of assignments in a fast moving, entrepreneurial organization. Experience working with overseas companies - an advantage.
Available for travel to customers, trade shows and events in the US.
