The Salesforce (Senior) Application Specialist researches, designs, documents, maintains and implements new functionalities, flows and automations in Salesforce CRM focusing on user experience, and best practices.
Responsible for implementing scalable and secure configurations in Salesforce along with resolving incidents raised by the Business owners.
Proactively monitors new features released by Salesforce and identifies and promotes changes to improve System design and user experience.
Proficient experience in the following domains:
- SalesCloud
- ExperienceCloud
- ServiceCloud
- Salesforce CMS
