Description
SalesForce (SFDC) Architect:
SFDC (Sales Force) Architect is needed for a long-term project with a large global Healthcare client, based in Los Angeles. The Architect and design a Salesforce application for a Call Center (Service Cloud) from scratch.
The CRM will have to:
- Integrate with the Phone system to help identify callers
- Store Contact, Case and Activity information related to all calls
- Perform Case management
- Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration)
- Provide state mandated reporting
Experience:
- Sales Force (SFDC) architecture and implementation expertise (healthcare domain experience is good to have)
- Call Center implementation in Sales Force, Health Care needed.
