Salesforce Comms Cloud Senior Architect
Location: Manchester - Hybrid
Duration: 1 month (possible for extension to long term)
Very strong telco domain experience is required.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Salesforce with specialization in Comms Cloud (Vlocity) EPC, CPQ, OM and CLM
- At least 2 years experience as a Comms Cloud (SFI Vlocity) Architect
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Comms Cloud (Vlocity) projects under his/her belt, ideally in the B2B space.
- Should be able to work with client & propose right architecture
- Well versed with Requirement gathering and solution design in Comms Cloud (SFI Vlocity)
- Should be able to do design and support developer on technical issues
- Salesforce Comms Cloud & SFI (Vlocity) certification is mandatory (Omnistudio Developer, CPQ, OM certification). Communications Cloud AP certification highly desirable
- Experience in CPQ, EPC, Order management and CLM is a must
- Strong knowledge of Integration, ideally with some experience working in an environment where MuleSoft is the ESB
- Technical expertise in APEX and LWC
- Capable of doing technical reviews for tech assurance
- Able to work on new proposals in terms of preparing solution, doing estimation, present solution to client
- Well versed with Agile
- Expertise in DEVOPS will be advantage
- B2B Telecom experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills
