Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for experienced Salesforce Service Cloud consultants to join a large Global project in the Netherlands.
The client currently has a large-scale program and we are seeking Salesforce Service Cloud Architects who are specialists and can demonstrate a profound knowledge of Salesforce and CRM Processes. We're looking for strong communicators with excellent consultancy skills and proven experience in designing, building and maintaining Salesforce Templates.
Salesforce Service Cloud Architect - what will you be doing?
- Specify, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy solutions using the Salesforce Platform
- Propose and assess functionality to complement the template with required functionality
- Create and update template documentation.
- Provide functional design of global/local gaps to the development team offshore
- Guide and engage with the offshore build team to ensure delivery with right quality and on time
- Actively contribute to designing the best possible solution for our business
Salesforce Service Cloud Architects - What should you be?
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT environment
- A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions
- Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud expertise is preferred
- Consultancy skills in Salesforce
- International experience and used to work in multi-cultural environments
