Consol Partners are currently seeking a mid level SAP Analyst for their Digital Agency client based in Milan. This is to start immediately and will be on a contract until the end of the year.
The candidate will work on the SAP implementation (with a planned go live for October 2013) for local companies.
Based in Milan, your role will be to support all the Solution Adoption activities for a deployment and engage with Agency end users and stakeholders.
Working in conjunction with the Project Functional team to fully understand the solution design, the core activities will be to create and in some cases deliver the Solution Adoption deliverables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Change impact end user assessments
- End User and Stakeholder engagement
- Communications planning and management
- Workshop facilitation
- Super User program
- Role mapping
- Training program management and course delivery (or co-facilitation)
- Training material support documents - quick reference guides, etc. (core training materials are developed by the training team)
- Site go-live readiness plans and management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- An experienced Change Management professional
- Worked on SAP implementations (FMS, OMS)
- Driven and managed change activities through the full project life cycle
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
