SAP BI (Business Intelligence) Workstream Lead
KPMG are looking to recruit for a SAP BI workstream lead to manage the BI workstream.
This role will involve considerable travel to the Republic of Ireland.
Area of Responsibility
- Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
- Support the business team with issues resolution and provide a solutions based approach
- Coordinates and facilitates all project activities within the workstream, in close cooperation with the LPO and GPO
- Ensure global harmonisation and promotes together with the LPO and GPO the Global Template
- Proactively managing the progress of the workstream to ensure we can meet the agreed milestones
- Ensuring the timely delivery of workstream deliverables in the needed detail level, to be signed off within the agreed timeframe
Knowledge/Experience
- Experience in both requirements gathering, blue printing as well as building SAP data warehouses
- SAP BW technical experience should include;
- Datamodelling
- ETL and data provisioning (both from SAP ERP and other sources)
- Query building
- Report creation (BusinessObjects Analysis for Office or WebI)
- Experience with BW on HANA
- Experience working with HANA Studio
- Knowledge of the Retail/Pharmaceutical Sector
- Experience of working with offshore teams
- Should have worked in at least three SAP Implementation Projects
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good consulting and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a team
- Ability to manage conflict and bring resolution in line with project objectives
- Pro-active management of risks, future plans and resource requirements
