Blueprint and Implementation to start Q1 2013
1. SAP Business Planning & Consolidation, version for Microsoft platform. Edge license for 100 planners.
2. Planning implementation for client and its subsidiaries
Revenue planning
o Sales Planning
- Retail and Wholesale
- Monthly fees
- Traffic (min, mb, start fees, etc)
- Physical products (phones, accessories)
- Workforce
- Both internal (wholesale to retail) and external (retail to consumer, wholesale to external retailers)
- Inter company
Cost
o Salaries are planned in XAP (specially built by third party, integrated with SAP ECC) but should be imported to BPC planning database for full EBITDA view
