Senior SAP Business Analyst, in Human Resource area (Performance & Goal
* At least 4-10 years of relevant experience as a SAP Business analyst/Requirements analyst, in Human Resource area. Good to have knowledge on Success Factors Performance and Goal Management.
* Must have good domain knowledge and experience in Performance and Goal Management. additionally previous SAP HCM/ESS/MM knowledge is a must.
* Attend requirements gathering workshops with customers, presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps, propose solution
* Interface with clients and partners to understand business environments, current and future requirements; participate as a solutions expert
* Be the Voice of Customer for the engineering teams and help drive roadmap prioritization, conceptualize new product features, and assist with competitive positioning
* Responsible to Analyze Business Requirements end-to-end & Documenting Requirements
* Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs
* Should have worked with project and as Business Analyst tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA
* Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
* Work closely with the development teams, driving them to deliver the needed functionality for better solutions and improved customer experience
* Collaborate with other Peers to define best practices and improve delivery efficiencies
* Own the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog
* Be the product expert who understands the solution capabilities in detail and be the anchor for all internal and external discussions
