Deliverables to provide:
o Review, compare and recommend the best way forward to share reportings to end-users: via SAP BW environment or via MS sharepoint?
o Architecture: how to structure SAP BW to be able to access the reports via SAP AFO.
o How to set up the access & authorization management
o Give guidance on broadcasting possibilities
o How to automatically refresh the workbooks
o Taking into account future development like SAP Fiori, SAP workzone, SAP enhancement pack 8 give guidance on interdependencies and future reporting possibilities.
o Give guidance on training approach on AFO for end users
