Description
SAP ByDesign Consultant required with hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, etc.
Responsibilities:
- System implementation, configuration, account structure mapping, data migration coordination and management
- Complete comprehensive process evaluations to enhance system efficiency
- New process support for all key areas including GL, inventory, SOP, Contract Billing, AP & AR
- Inventory management including scanning software integration
- Integration with third party applications and suppliers
- Integration with logistics
- Advanced shipping notice (ASN) with key inventory supplier
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP ByDesign systems issues
- Implement the reporting function of SAP ByDesign and drive reporting optimisation and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to meet business needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience with implementing SAP ByDesign, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, with a focus on finance accounting processes
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide timely and innovative solutions
- Experience managing workloads, meeting project deadlines, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting with stakeholders and mentoring team members
- SAP Certified Application Associate/SAP Business ByDesign Implementation Consultant certification desirable
