SAP Change Manager - Paris - 12 months
The client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of Change Management experience and previous experience on an SAP programme.
This is a French and English speaking role.
You will abe responsible to manage Impacts of change, Communications and Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Training (on-boarding Training Coordinator), and organisational design.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for all change management activities
- Coach and advise the site users and deployment team, and brief Leadership, on the OCM framework
- Carry out Super User capability assessments at give points to monitor Users' skills and encourage open conversation with the functional teams.
- Set up and lead Change Network as a communication platform.
- Contribute to the change management toolkit for future developments
