For our customer we are looking for a Solution Manager who will be responsible for Sales ERP solutions. We would like you to have previous experience within the Sales area and understand the challenges and opportunities this organisation is faced with. A real interest in, and understanding of, the business drivers and of how technology can support the customers way forward, considering Sales interaction and CRM, is also required.

The Solution Manager will perform pre-studies, translation of business requirements into High-level design documents on which external partner, as well as internal process owners, base their technical specifications. The Solution Manager will facilitate governance of the solutions and create and maintain solution roadmaps in collaboration with the business and the Application Architects. The Solution Manager will also be able to perform pre-studies, coordinate activities between different teams and play a consultative role in our business. Good communicative skills and negotiating skills including experience in managing external partners is desirable.

Responsibility:
Lead and Perform requirement specification creation and pre-study for projects/modifications.
Formulate business requirements - capabilities translated into IT (create High Level Design document)
Work with other teams and competence centre to ensure E2E solution completeness
Participate in TG reviews for new solutions implementations
Provide expert knowledge to the business
Identify areas of potential solution and process improvements together with the business
Proactively identifying how CIT can deliver value to the business
Live solution design authority and documentation owner

Competences:
Knowledge in ERP-packages and best of-breed applications
Knowledge of SAP R/3 (Ver ECC 6.0) focusing on SD/MM, order and sales process is a must.
Knowledge of SAP CRM (Ver 7.0) module is a must.
An understanding of SAP Enterprise portal and SAP BW is advantageous.
An excellent overall understanding of CRM Sales technologies and processes such as opportunity management, account management, customer- and
contact management, order management and contract management.

Qualifications required:
Minimum of five years software development related experience
Relevant university degree in related fields as engineering, informatics or finance.
Experience of negotiating and cooperating with external vendors.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
Have a detail orientation but also the ability to see the big picture.
Positive, can do attitude
Ability to drive a strategy which optimizes the IT investment.
Ability to facilitate IT planning and estimation
Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills.
Ability to manage the business requirements and ensuring partners delivers on the agreed requirements
Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members.
Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality
Ability to balance daily support needs and tactical deliverables with strategic vision, and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans
Demonstrated change management skills
Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Has built credible customer relationships both in immediate team and across multiple customer groups.
Sound understanding of IT technology concepts. Must have a basic understanding of software, but does not need to have deep technical knowledge.

Need to understand strategies, capabilities and processes.
Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
Experience in continuous Improvement methodologies preferred experience of operating internationally across geographical regions.
