Sap CRM Consultant - Stockholm, Sweden

We currently have a requirement for a SAP CRM Consultant for a client based in Sweden. You need experience including functional design, configuration of the SAP standard application and definition of functional specifications for enhancements, integrations and data migration.

This is a contract opportunity for 11 months and you must be able to work 5 days per week on-site.

CRM Basic function
CRM Master data
CRM Middleware
CRM Customer Loyalty
CRM Customer Service
CRM Interaction Centre
CRM Web UI
Based on:
SAP CRM 7.0
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the CRM Application Expert are:
Be a driver within CRM related initiatives to understand CRM impact and convert business requirement to CRM solutions:
o Requirement and gap analysis
o Functional design specifications
o System configuration
o Test preparation and execution - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements, define test case and be part of test execution
o Stabilisation of solution
Provide software expertise
Provide system analysis
Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements, Integrations and Conversions.
Have solution overview
Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Mandatory requirements
More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP CRM
CRM Web UI experience
Inbound and outbound integration know-how (Idoc, Webservice, CRM Middleware)
Experience from large, global organisations
Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
Excellent managing of deliverables ( to-do lists ), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organisational skills
Qualifying
Experience of integrating SAP CRM to CTI solution
Experience working with CallCenter business processes and SAP CRM Call Center solution
Knowledge in SAP ECC
Knowledge in Hybris
Experience and/or understanding of SAP ABAP development
Master Data experience
Experience from migration projects
Certification in the SAP CRM software products' latest releases
Business process experience
