Description
SAP CRM Consultant is urgently required for a Prestigious Client based in Saudi Arabia.
BASIC PURPOSE: Major SAP implementation project.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Participate in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, post-implementation and support. Working with project teams throughout the full SAP implementation life cycle to ensure alignment with company strategy and apply a SAP standard rather than customized solution.
- Responsible advisor for new implementations, upgrades, unbundling roll outs and support projects with focus on SAP SRM.
- As an SME, consultant should be able to analyze and translate business requirements to functional specifications and provide recommendations and best practices around solution design.
- Analyze problem statements, suggest various options to address the problem specifying functionality, integrating systems, applying patches and participating in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Communicate SAP FI capabilities/possibilities within multiple functional areas
- Advise on integration between various SAP modules.
- Analyze work requests, provide estimations, drive the review of business requirements and business processes with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support the project team with analysing options and ensure proper documentation of design to fulfil system and business processes requirements and adherence to standards and procedures .
- Assisting with the SAP Business Blueprint including process design and gap analysis to standard SAP functionality.
- Assist and ensure proper development of as-is and to-be business processes and creation of Use Cases
- Assist Integration Lead, business process owner, and other Team Leads in scoping and execution of integration activities.
- Review and coordinate between completing projects test cases for business validation, and Users Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate system testing, Legacy data mapping and integration, specification of non-standard SAP enhancements.
- Assist and coordinate design workshops and meetings for requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations for small to large audiences.
CRITICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s' Degree or equivalent.
- Preferred Certified in SAP CRM
- Functional knowledge of SAP CRM service
- Functional knowledge of Order management, supply chain and analytics business processes.
- Expert knowledge of CRM sales business function and business processes, in directing the delivery of the recommended solution
- Strong knowledge in MM module, with expertise in other logistics modules
- Strong experience in CRM Middleware, and CIC
- Knowledge of CRM specific BADIs, RFCs, Function Modules, Webdynrpos/Classes, and other SAP services.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Netweaver technology stack, including PI and NW Java stack
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with technology and tools used for development.
- Must have previous team leadership experience in at least 1 project implementation.
- Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with customers and IS organization.
- Good design skills and architectural skills in the technical area
- Good understanding of project management skills
- Good understanding of the sphere of activities in a horizontal domain
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
- Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5 years in SAP Customer Relationship Management business process experience in a Functional Consultant role, with focus on the materials management and order processing functions (ie, contracts and pricing procedures). Preference will be given to a qualified Saudi National.
