Proteus Europe are urgently seeking a SAP CRM consultant for a permanent position working in Purmerend, Netherlands for a large Sound and Technology client.Your responsibility as a SAP CRM consultant will be to To support the existing CRM system as well as implement new CRM modules and functionality. The SAP CRM Technical Consultant will be part of the CRM team which consists of other Technical consultants as well as Functional consultants.
Your job responsibilities will also include:
Support (incident management) and enhance the existing CRM system, middleware, interfaces with SAP R/3 and SAP BI, often in collaboration with functional consultants. Perform daily control and sanity checks. Document solutions, update existing technical documentation.
Advice, designing and implementing
The technical consultant will advise, design and implement technical solutions for Projects and Change Requests. Focus of activities will be on further extending the CRM ICWC and CRM Web UI portals as well as custom made web interfaces via BSP's. He will set-up interfaces & communication processes with 3rd party software for example via web services.
Project Management
Assignment to special projects for example global collaboration initiatives, participation in sub teams or individual CRM initiatives, make (team) presentations on special subjects. Provide knowledge transfer to colleague technical consultants
Relevant experience: SAP-CRM development and maintenance functions
Technical competencies: SAP-CRM, ICWC programming, BSP programming, Web dynpro, CRM2007, middleware, Web services, SFTP, Knowlegde, SAP Netweaver, PI
Technical competencies required for the job
- Expert in all aspects of ABAP
- Has proven experience and knowledge of ICWC programming
- Has broad knowledge of CRM and preferably also of SAP R3/ECC and SAP BI systems
- Is all round technical player with knowledge of basis aspects of running SAP, network, interface solutions, web services, integrating 3rd party software,
- Good communication in English and preferably Dutch
- Knowledge of (basic) ITIL principles and processes.
- Has experience with business processes in general, preferably in High-Tech industry or Consumer Products industry
- Prepared to follow courses
- Experience in working Agile Methodology ( Scrum)
- Self reliant, flexible and service minded team player
- Prepared to travel occasionally within Europe
