Detailed experience in integrating telephony solutions (In this case it is CIC (Customer Interaction Centre) by Interactive Intelligence) to CRM 7.0.
Summary
You will be working on a variety of projects across Australia. You will be required to liaise with senior business stakeholders offering your expertise across SAP CRM/CTI
