SAP CRM Senior Consultant
Experiences Required:
- SAP overall knowledge, mainly in the logistics area (Sales, Deliveries, Invoices, Marketing, Pricing) and of the SAP architecture
- Expertise of the SAP CRM 7.0 component (design, configuration, integration with other components ECC & SCM including gATP)
- Sales orders
- Pricing (IPC)
- Marketing campaigns
- Rebate agreements
- CRM Billing engine
- Complaints and return management including Business Rule Framework
- CRM Middleware
- Experience of the SAP Service Parts Management integrated scenarios would be appreciated (CRM, ECC, SCM)
- Strong experience in driving Roll-out projects blueprint workshops/solving issues/triggering decisions, especially in early phases of projects, where scope is unclear and where adherence to the Global Template solution is a must
- Project Language is English
