JOB PURPOSE
SAP CRM Utilities Sales Consultant is responsible for business Requirement Gathering, designing & configuring CS processes in the SAP system. The candidate should have knowledge of Industry & SAP Best Practice business scenarios involving Gas & Electricity in Deregulatory environment
COMPETENCY PROFILE
SAP CRM for Utilities, IC Feature configuration, Org Master Design, BP Master Design. Replication Scenarios with IS-U, ERMS, Query & Complaint Management, FCC
DOMAIN COMPETENCIES
- Should have at least 2 full life cycle experiences in CRM for Utilities, Replication & integration touch points with IS-U for Disputes & FCC. Must have strong knowledge in Change of tenancy processes & IC Features configuration
- Change of tenancy Processes
- Good knowledge of Standard CRM IC functionalities.
- Good knowledge of CRM UI & Utilities Process Framework
- Good knowledge of CRM & IS-U Integration touch points specifically around
- Replication for Disputes, FCC Integration with IS-U FICA
- Should have experience in some of the following Scenarios
ERMS
IVR & CTI Integration
CRM ICI Integration Framework
- Hands on experience on all the testing aspects (Integration testing/Functional testing etc)

Configuration: Develop comprehensive Configuration standards covering all aspects of configuration activities in line with client standards.
Development: Candidate should be able to have a good understanding of Gaps with respect to client processes and should be able to work out a system design to fulfil client's requirements.
Requirements Definition: The candidate should be able to write functional and business process design document and prioritize on the basis on the basis of project delivery.
