Description

Role Overview: As an SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing EAM solutions that optimize asset management processes. With your extensive experience and expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM, you'll lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Bring a minimum of 10+ years of functional consulting and solutioning experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM, ideally with SAP certification.
Demonstrate strong solution design capabilities to architect efficient and effective EAM solutions.
Utilize hands-on experience with configuration and blueprinting to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Possess a deep understanding of solution architecture and process flow within the EAM domain.
Exhibit expertise in EAM business processes and cross-stream integration with S2P (Source to Pay), FICO (Finance and Controlling), QM (Quality Management), and WM (Warehouse Management).
Lead a minimum of two end-to-end EAM implementations, actively participating in design and configuration tasks.
Showcase functional and technical proficiency in full life cycle SAP implementations and rollouts.
Drive and execute data migration activities for EAM objects, ensuring smooth transition of data.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Deliver training sessions for key users to ensure successful adoption of the EAM solution.
Identify potential impacts on solution design and promptly raise risks to project management for mitigation.
Develop and execute cutover plans to transition smoothly to the new EAM solution.
Take ownership of and lead cross-topic discussions to facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams.
