Project details:
Within the DIR, the IS/IT domain of Financial Accounting manages the SAP applications of the Finance functional domain and interacts with the other domains (Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Logistics,).
In this context, the client is looking for an Agile Business Analyst Blackline to:
- Manage the deployment and upgrading of automated financial closing for the group's various entities
- Setting up accounts on Blackline
- Job administration on Blackline
- Administration of users and roles
- Maintenance of static data
- Maintenance of reconciliation templates
- Maintenance and updating of collected data (account groups, teams, etc.
- Evaluate and update data (Bank statement, GL balances, Forx, Master data, etc.)
- Opening of periods for closing
Creation of reports on Blackline.
- Support users in the use of the reconciliation, journal entry and transaction matching modules.
- Ensure the smooth integration of technical solutions in compliance with Group IS-IT architecture and security principles.
- Maintain a technology watch on market solutions
- Manage relations with the Accounting business line during Agile ceremonies within the scope mentioned above
- Leading the Agile team made up of resources in France and India, assigning user stories, managing the backlog and monitoring incidents
- Expressions of need with business units and integrator
- Management of corrective, preventive and evolutionary product maintenance
- Contribute to the installation of Blackline components in the SAP system (API, Webservice and SFTP).
