You are responsible for supporting all SAP implementation project within company. You work closely with business segments (customers), the SAP team, SAP project manager, to understand Customer's requirements and being able to proactively translate these into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

You provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to internal business stakeholders.

Purpose of the role

  • Provide 2nd line support of production environment for SSC and key users
  • Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze user requirements and propose solution concept according to accepted design principles.
  • Design, develop and configure SAP FI/CO Module according to accepted concept.
  • Participate in tests in relevant area.
  • Establish and maintain relations with key stakeholders
  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: 
    Investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance/Accounting)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Must have at least one full life cycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of SAP FI/CO configuration working experience
  • Experience with Report Writer and report painter
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn new applications and technologies
  • Business knowledge and process design skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Must be an effective problem solver
  • Fluent in English and Polish,
