We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Production Support Consultant to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of providing production support for SAP FICO solutions in the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level production support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain SAP FICO systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration issues and improve system processes.
- Assist in the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, technologies, and best practices.
SAP FICO Modules:
- General Ledger Accounting: Manages all general ledger accounts for financial reporting and statement preparation.
- Accounts Receivable: Handles customer transactions, including invoicing, credit memos, and payments.
- Accounts Payable: Manages vendor transactions, such as invoice posting, credit memos, and payments.
- Asset Accounting: Oversees transactions related to fixed assets, ensuring accurate reconciliation with the general ledger.
- Bank Accounting: Records and reconciles all bank transactions.
- Funds Management: Manages budgeting for revenues and expenses.
- Consolidation: Combines financial statements from multiple entities for a comprehensive financial overview.
- Controlling: Cost element accounting, cost center accounting, overhead accounting, Internal Order and Budgeting, Product Costing ,Actual, Costing preferable, Profitability Analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules.
- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
