Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance RAR Consultant with extensive experience in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will extensive experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1 Project in SAP S4 HANA.

The primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and participating in SAP S4 HANA end-to-end implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Designing and implementing finance processes, including New GL, indirect taxation (VAT), direct taxation (WHT), AR, AP, and banking, including house bank creation and DME file management.
- Expertise in Bank Communication Management and New Asset Accounting (S4 HANA).
- Managing the migration of SD Revenue recognition (VF44) from ECC to S/4 HANA using green field or brown field approaches.
- Conducting data migration and cutover activities, including data validations, reconciliations, and associated reports.
- Integrating FI CO with SD, PS, MM, and PP modules.
- Staying updated on service pack and feature pack releases related to S/HANA and Revenue Accounting and Reporting combinations.
- Developing functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Analyzing country-specific statutory and tax requirements and mapping them in SAP.
- Possessing SAP S4 HANA Certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Participating in client-facing activities and business discussions.
- Ability to work independently and guide/groom assigned teams.

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA TM and SAP Finance RAR, with expertise in solutioning and at least one end-to-end finance implementation in S4HANA.
