Key Responsibilities:Streamlining Controlling Processes:
Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance processes with a specific emphasis on Controlling functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for specific Controlling processes.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end SAP Finance projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure SAP Finance system settings to meet the specific needs of the Controlling module.
Ensure the ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of SAP Finance functionality.
User Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize their proficiency in SAP Finance, particularly in Controlling.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, SAP updates, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization within the SAP Finance landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP Finance with a focus on Specific Controlling.
Strong understanding of Controlling processes, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Previous experience in project management and leading SAP implementation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP certification in Finance (Controlling) is a plus.
