For our customer we are looking for a experienced SAP Finance & Controlling Application expertThe program will result in new processes and ways of working for large parts of the supply chain as well as for finance and controlling.
At the same time, a large number of existing IT-solutions will be replaced by standard platforms.
The new IT-solutions will be the foundation for a business platform enabling:
continued growth in a long-term perspective
Enable reporting of multi channel and multi brand
well synchronized and efficient processes
The role of the Application expert is to create training material for the Finance & Accounting end-users. A good understanding of accounting and controlling is required as well as good knowledge and experience of configuring and creation of training material for SAP solutions.
The training effort within the program will be complex. The focus will be on creation of SAP training material but interaction with developers of training materials for surrounding solutions will also be required. The Application expert will report to the Change management lead and work closely together with the project members and representatives from the surrounding solutions.
The consultants primary tasks are:
Create and maintain training documentation (ppt, Captivate recordings, system demos/exercises etc.)
Prepare test data in the test environment to be used in training
Plan training delivery together with the Change management lead and project members as well as with surrounding solutions when applicable
Back-fill FF current Application Experts in testing so they can review/support training material creation
Specific skills
Mandatory requirements
Experience from application configuration and testing of SAP systems
Good knowledge of accounting and controlling (SAP FI/CO)
Experience from complex system environments and large organizations
Business process experience within finance & controlling
Qualifying skills
Experience with Test tools such as HP Quality Center and Jira
Experience from the Retail industry segment
