Position: SAP HCM ConsultantLocation: Ulm, Germany
Job description:
1. Product Ownership:
• Must Have hand-on Experience in configuration in SAP HCM Payroll, Organization Management, Personal Administration and Time management.
• Must Have hand-on Experience in handling and troubleshooting tickets/issues in SAP HCM functional technical areas
• Act as a proxy for the Product Owner, representing their vision, priorities, and objectives within the SAP HCM domain.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and communicate SAP HCM goals, features, and priorities.
2. Leadership:
• Lead and inspire a dedicated SAP HCM Area, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Work closely with Area members, including developers, analysts, and QA professionals.
• Experience in SAP HCM PY, OM, PA AMS support and Implementation
3. Requirement Analysis:
• Gather and analyse business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes within SAP.
• Translate SAP HCM needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with key stakeholders, including HR teams, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing HCM features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input for continuous improvement.
5. Roadmap Planning:
• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and HCM priorities.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize HCM features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user impact.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on SAP HCM.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management processes and SAP HCM modules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• German language speaking and understanding.
Preferred Skills:
• SAP HCM certification.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other related HCM systems.
• Knowledge of German labour laws and HR regulations.
• Previous experience working in a Germany-based organization.
