Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative IT service provider.
We are currently looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (f/m/d) - french payroll - ASAP - 6 month

Background:
This project focuses on implementing SAP HCM, with a strong emphasis on French Payroll (PY). The objective is to optimize the Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules, implement payroll-related processes such as ALE posting and DNS reporting, and ensure compliance with French legal requirements.

Task:
  1. Analyze and understand client business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
  2. Support and optimize SAP HCM Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
  3. Implement and maintain French Payroll (PY) processes, including ALE posting and statutory/legal reporting (e.g., DNS).
  4. Introduce SAP best practices and support the implementation of standard SAP processes.
  5. Support the incident management team in resolving complex issues and minimizing business disruptions.
  6. Create functional specifications and project documentation.
  7. Support testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  8. Assist business users during change management activities and process transitions.
  9. Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders and key users.

Requirement:
  1. Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience with a focus on French Payroll (PY).
  2. Strong expertise in Organizational Management and Personal Administration.
  3. Deep knowledge of French Payroll processes, including ALE posting and statutory/legal reports (DNS).
  4. Experience in application maintenance and working with SLA/KPI-driven environments.
  5. Good understanding of SAP project methodologies, including BBP, implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Structured, self-managed, and organized working style.
  8. Experience with Positive Time Management or additional SAP HCM modules would be of advantage

Start: 01.06.2026
Duration: 6 months
Utilization: 3-5 days per week
Location: Remote 95%, maybe 3 days per month on-side - France
Project Language: Englisch (fluent), French (fluent, would be a plus).
