Description
We are looking for a SAP HCM consultant required with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY), supporting the design, development and enhancement of payroll-related solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: Krakow, Poland (3 days on-site per week)
Hiring Type: Freelance / B2B
Duration: 6 Months
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP HCM implementations, particularly within Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting (PA/PY)
- Hands-on expertise in SAP customization, including Infotypes, Wage Types, Schemas, Rules and Features
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll components (tables, structures, programs, messages, views, transactions and function groups)
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Understanding of payroll-related legal and tax regulations
- Background in solution design, analysis and functional testing
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and enterprise-scale system delivery
Nice to have:
- Exposure to ABAP Workbench
- SQL or database knowledge
- API and system integration experience
- Knowledge of data dictionaries, reporting and forms
- Experience with cross-functional HR and Finance systems
- Exposure to international payroll contexts
