SAP HCM/SuccessFactors/CRM Consultant/Sr. Consultant

Language: English Skills:
- Good experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors domain
- Should have good experience in delivering end to end SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a project Manager
- Experience in various modules of SAP SuccessFactors
- Full life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-live
- Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
SAP CRM Consultant/Sr. Consultant
Language: Danish and English
Skills:
- High-level understanding of SAP CRM, ability to configure integrations with domain specialists from SAP CRM team
- Functional knowledge of SAP CCtr configuration
- Working with IVR solutions, configuring to meet business requirements
- Working with call queue logic solutions, configuration to meet business requirements
