Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP HCM Functional Consultant with SAP ABAP experience.
Position: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 4-8 years
Qualification: Engineering Graduate/PG
Certification: SAP HCM Associate/Professional Level + SAP ABAP NETWEAVER
Duration: 3 months
Location: United Arab Emirates
Start date: ASAP
Technical/Functional Skills:
* Experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll (International/United Arab Emirates) and Time Management)
* Experience in SAP ABAP for HCM module
* Minimum two SAP implementation including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
* Sound knowledge on Integration with other SAP Modules
* Strong experience in business knowledge and functional configuration in PA, OM, Payroll (International/United Arab Emirates) and Time Management.
* Business Knowledge and ability to break fix in eRecruiting, ESS/MSS, ECM, PMS & LSO
* Application Development as it applies to HCM, ability to analyze requirements and perform functional configuration or provide functional specifications to technical teams as applicable
* Experience in development of
o Classical, Interactive, ALV Reports (Both Normal and OOPS ALV)
o Module pool programming including Custom infotype creation.
o Data Dictionary like tables, views, search helps & lock objects.
o Data conversions using BDC's & BAPI's.
o Adobe Forms (Adobe Live Cycle)
o Enhancements (User & Customer exits, BADI's, Implicit & Explicit Enhancements)
* Strong experience with supporting Middle-East clients is critical
* Experience in SAP ERP 6.0
