Description
Urgent requirement for a SAP HCM Consultant for one of my international clients based in Wavre, Belgium.
This is an initial 6 month project, that is likely to extend.
Must have skills:
- Good understanding of the SAP HCM Functional modules
- Should have 4-5 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
- Sound knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes which includes Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Employees Self Services and Manager Self
- Service etc. is must.
- Must have strong understanding of SAP Organizational Structure/Units, Time Constraints
- Must have strong understanding of SAP Payroll Processing & Time Management (Positive & Negative Time).
- Knowledge of Belgium & France Payroll
- Exposure to Schema, Rules & Features
- Good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules like FICO, PP, PM, PS etc.
- Mandatory to have deep knowledge of related InfoTypes, Master Data, Business Process Scenarios.
- Should also have configuration experience using IMG, SPRO and Solution Manager.
- Have strong soft skills like interpersonal skills, team skills, and communication skills both verbal and written.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Support business users in delivery of end user training
- Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
- Coordination with the global team on all change
- Knowledge on LSMW and BDC.
- Knowledge on IDOCS and XML message with interface failure and work with third party teams to fix the issues.
