Description
SAP HR Consultant required to join a European SAP HR deployment based from the clients site in Portugal. The role is for a leading client in the hospitality industry. Initial deployment to Portugal with deployments to follow in Spain & UK. 4 month minimum contract + extensions, September start, excellent rates. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Portuguese HR. English is the project language.
Deliverables of the SAP HR Consultant;
- Deployment of a SAP HR solution (OM/PA) - Roll out to Portugal, Spain & UK
- Configuration of design
- Testing
- Training
- Data Migration
- Preparation of Go-Live activities
- Supporting post go-live activities
Key criteria for the SAP HR Consultant;
- Full life cycle implementations of SAP HR
- Understanding of Portuguese HR rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
- Experience in European template rollouts an advantage
