Description
Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced SAP MDG Build Manager to join an exciting project based in the Netherlands.Process
*Provide Build expertise and standards for the MDG build
*Manage the priorities and workload of the build team to ensure delivery on time and to plan.
*Input into the GMDM plan to ensure timelines are realistic but that meet the business needs.
*Ensures an effective handover to the business of both MDM and MDG
*Ensures knowledge transfer to the standing support organization
*Using the project methodology and tools ensure the teams deliverables are available on time.
*Lead the execution of project tasks in all areas. This includes facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
*Ensure issues are raised to the program management in a timely manner.
*Responsible for the quality assurance for technical specifications regarding build
People
*Provide expert knowledge and guidance in the areas of MDM and MDG
*Support the program delivery manager in all aspects of the program, but guiding the build team to achieve the timelines identified.
Organisation/Department
*Support the project management in the delivery of GMDM Program
*Consult and interact with relevant business parties and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
COMPETENCES REQUIRED
Skills:
*Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
*Ability to manage a varied build team (onshore / offshore) that covers all aspects of data management (DS/IS/MDG etc)
*Good understanding of data structures (SAP MDM/MDG essential)
*Excellent analytical skills with a clear eye for detail.
Capabilities:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
*Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of contacts, especially the Business Deployment Team and the SAP Competency Centre.
*Comfortable with detailed process and cross application systems issues
*Maintains a sufficiently flexible approach to constantly changing demands to be able to respond and adapt in a controlled manner
The details of this exciting long-term contract include;
Start date: 1st August 2014 at the latest
Duration: 24 months (with extensions thereafter)
Rate: Up to €800 per day
Interview times: Can be arranged immediately
