Next Ventures is currently recruiting for a SAP PM Consultant to join a leading consultancy in Belgium, on a long-term project.
Scope:
Perform Business Analysis for Application evolution (Application Development = AD). Selection of the most adequate solution fitting the Client needs & the package feasibility. Be part of the resolution of the incidents when occurring on the application & supporting business users.
Responsibilities:
- Work on SAP PM functional changes, estimates, functional analysis.
- Delivering quality on-time
- Participate support activities:
- Incidents
- Questions
- Service Requests
- Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, )
- Analysis
Skills required:
- SAP PM IS A MUST
- ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
- Able to establish specifications
- Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose relevant solutions
