Working for the different companies of the end client, The end client has a worldwide action field with offices in 7 countries
ENVIRONMENT
You will join a team of IT professionals involved in a local project of SLO data migration covering end-to-end Project Management role, managing a team of experts and liaising with the partners involved in the project.
This role encompasses the responsibility of planning, follow-up and reports the on-going project activities, establishing detailed deliverable schedules and resource allocation plan, as well the related finance status.
Main stakeholders are include SAP Portugal and other external partners
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage the project end-to-end;
*Scope management;
*Deliverables planning;
*Customer relationship mindset;
*Planning: participates to the definition of the list of tasks, planning and tasks allocation Monitoring
*Follow-up : follows the progress up, update status slides and report to leads (design, build, test and deploy progress, open points, risks and action plan; key messages)
*Reporting preparation and presentation
PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
*At least 5 years' experience in project Management
*Experience in SAP SLO (System Landscape Optimization) and data migration projects or similar
*Experience in Full life cycle implementation of SAP ECC Projects
*Knowledge on SAP Basis Technical components is a plus
*Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
*Be required to work in professional cross teams environments, and at times, work autonomously;
*Communicating clearly, politely and respectfully in person, by telephone and in writing;
*Explaining complex technical information simply;
*Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments;
*Bringing people into conversations to ensure the right people are involved;
*Influencing outcomes in order to drive projects forward
*Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science or similar education;
*Availability to work out of regular working hours if ocasionaly required;
Language
English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Portuguese & French: Independent user is a plus
