This is a fantastic contract SAP PP/SD Consultant opportunity to work with a leading Tech consultancy in China.
Job Description:
SAP PP Consultant:
- Bi-lingual: English and Chinese
- Overall 9+ years with a minimum of 6 years SAP SCM consulting experience, preferred ECC Production Planning (PP)
- Hands-on Experience in at least 3 SAP Implementation projects
- Basic knowledge of Materials Management module
- Well-versed in aspects of Inter-company transactions
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices
- Expertise in the configuration and implementation of multiple modules of SCM in addition to Production Planning
- Expertise in the integration of SCM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
- Ability to act as a team lead
Job Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Perform relevant configuration and implementation of multiple modules of SCM in addition to Production Planning
- Perform integration of SCM modules and with FI/CO
- User training and management
- Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)
- Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Provide functional specifications for ABAP developments
- Test/validate/approve ABAP developments for delivery to customers
- Support UAT and resolve UAT issues
- Perform cut over to the new SAP system

- Ability to act as a team lead
