SAP Real Estate (REFX) Consultant.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP REFX Consultant - Arabic speaking.

Duration: 6 months +
Location: Saudi Arabia
One of our clients is currently looking for an Arabic speaking SAP REFX Consultant to work on a project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements:
- The consultant should have minimum 3 years of work experience in SAP RE-FX
- The consultant should have done one end to end implementation of SAP RE-FX
- Should be well versed in configuring Org structure, Master Data, Leasing, Service Charge Settlement, room Reservations and Accounting Integration
- Should Independently be able to create LSMW's using BAPI method
- Should Independently be able to create Functional Specifications in SAP RE-FX
- Should Independently be able to conduct end to end testing in SAP RE-FX
- Well versed in technical documentation (Configuration, Unit Test, L1 Train-ing, UAT Documents etc.)
- Well versed to work on Configuration, Testing, Documentation of SAP RE-FX solution via Solution Manager
- Well versed with identifying logic to access standard SAP RE-FX tables, fields, function modules
- Worked on SAP RE-FX on HANA Platform or conceptually aware of SAP HANA implementations.
- Worked on Agile ASAP 8 project methodology and tasks or conceptually aware of Agile ASAP 8 methodology and tasks.
Experienced required:
Worked on SAP RE-FX with CRM- Tenant Relationship Management integration or conceptually aware of the TRM Integration with CRM Special emphasis on Documentation and Data Migration specifications with BDC, Legacy System Migration workbench (LSMW) for data uploads for various SAP Projects Resource must have a good knowledge of REFX module- Business Partner, Master Data, Contracts, Conditions and flows, Real estate search, Account-ing, Conditions, Room reservations, Architectural view, Usage view, Sales based settlement etc. Good command expected on Configuration for REFX module
